Overall, it has been great here at CNB. Such a great place to work, feels like family, people are passionate, I am empowered to make decisions, very exciting place to work. My only issue is that compensation is not in line with market rate, responsibilities, hours worked, etc.

they are passionate and they truly care about the bank and their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it is a family type environment, still small enough that everyone knows each other and feels like family. people are proud and passionate!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work over 80 hours a week, which is part of the job. However, when comparing my salary to colleagues at other institutions, my pay for my title and responsibilities is low.
