Everyone is incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. I enjoy coming to work and interacting with my coworkers every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel that my current position aligns with my career goals or provides enough opportunity for growth. I also think that the pay is non-competitive as $18 an hour is essentially equivalent to fast food or retail.
