What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team is invested in one common goal which is driving the CNB culture and providing the best client experience. It doesn't matter which dept you work with, everyone is moving towards the same common goal
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at CNB is unique in that it is a "flat" organization. By that i mean, you can easily get to any member of the executive team and receive a timely response and/or assistance regardless of the issue. I have worked for many top organizations in my career and CNB truly cares
