Overall it is a good place to work. But it is a meat grinder. You have to be a highly motivated, highly organized person to work here. If you can make the comp plan you make great money, but it is hard to obtain.

Overall I think this is a very good place to work. I think we have a team that needs to be improved by the individuals we hire, the compensation plan needs an entire overhaul and we need a Quality Control Department for data.

We have a great group of people that are hard working, high performing people. That group of people get along very well by nature of their mindset.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation plan/goals package are not in alignment. Further the moving targets, most recently the pay out date give me pause as to the trustworthiness of the organization.

This is easy, the compensation plan (there is not enough space). Working backwards the Discretionary bonus is built on a strategy of hope (from the RM's end) and murky data. And this is compounded knowing the bank is going to ask me to sign a 2 year claw back for compensation that has been earned
