The training is poor there is no one to rely on once you arrive to do your job. You are expected to go to training and practically apply what you have learned in a training environment to real life and it is not realistic especially with how cumbersome our processes are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The organization as a whole is great!!! Respect what they do and admire their focus. Senior Mgmt seems to be very astute and caring.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We hire associates that do not have prior work experience and ask them to do the work without prior knowledge or experience. We hire managers who have never been managers in their career and lack the leadership comp.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Immediate environment is consistently short staffed and you are expected to do 3 positions in one role effectively and effeciently . Not realistic understand in economic times but others feell they do not have to contribute or display teamwork.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating everyone equally. Fair work load for all positions. Some long term employees feel they are entitled on many levels including workload and caring about others. In my immediate workspace my immediate manager only cares about himself and there is no teamwork in our current work location
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the SBB role I am a teller more than 1/2 hour a day, sometimes the only teller, the only universal banker, servicing, cold calling, prospecting, expanding existing relationships. Doing all the work for the BML including looking up navigator balances and doing all his assistant work, working with
