My overall experience has been very positive. Coming from a very large, national bank, the differences in the culture, management, and associate support are vast. At CNB, my coworkers truly want me to succeed and for us all to succeed together. Management is supportive, appreciative and inspiring.

The 401k is a great plan.

My team is patient and truly loves to corroborate with me.

The open-door policy and common sense approach when vetting potential business transactions.

Helping our clients to solve their problems and supporting them with all of the resources we have available.

The culture is friendly, welcoming and accepting. The environment promotes teamwork and a strong sense of unity as we all strive to be the best we can for our clients.

The culture is one of acceptance and appreciation. There is a genuine feeling that the leadership team appreciates all employees and does the little and the big things to show that on an ongoing basis.

The leadership team is both accessible and approachable. They've maintained their humility despite great success and genuinely listen to feedback and concerns. They also go above and beyond to recognize and reward associates that demonstrate our CNB core values.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a true sense of camaraderie on my team and a sincere willingness to help and support each other. Whether it is some spontaneous question or if it's help while one of us is on vacation. My team always steps up to support each other. I haven't always had that experience at other companies.
