I started three years ago; I have learned so much and feel more prepared to succeed in my role. I have leaders to thank like Terry Bizga, Ralph Tejada, and Erik Weiner. I truly believe in this company, in our vision and mission.

There is always someone available to help, and it feels genuine.

We have access to our leaders, and our voice makes a difference.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is way below the market average in any bank in Florida.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe it's the ability to get paid by performance and we can drive the results.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do, but it's definitely a better culture than my past firm. We can do more for our clients!

We have an amazing culture; we are a client-centric focus, and involved in our community. We strive to develop our employees and provide growth opportunities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We truly have an incredible team here in Orlando, we lost two directors who were promoted and that broke a bit of our synergy as a team, however, that shows that we have room to grow within the company.

Our leadership team stands out for its remarkable blend of vision, expertise, and dedication. Each member brings unique skills and experiences that complement one another, creating a dynamic synergy that drives success. We have an open-door policy and it's easy to communicate and be supported.
