What do you like best about the leadership team?
I admire how they consistently look towards the future and continuously think of new processes to improve the job. Their good communication and consideration to the team are also commendable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe "Bringing the best out of each other" is key, while everyone is good individually, our surroundings can make us better or worse. Being in CNB and being pushed to be best helps us grow which in turns help the bank to be the best.
