Personalities and teamwork ethics. The fact that we just have fun while working makes it a good environment. Nothing would be worse than waking up and being depressed to go to work. I don't feel that way here

I believe the amount of work I continue to accomplish along with the results produced should be compensated with a higher title along with a raise. This would also get me in par with the peers in my industry performing the same functions.
