My overall experience since i changed department has been very rewarding, I love my boss, she is very supportive and gives me the tools to be successful.

Being able to overcome daily obstacles, solving and servicing my clients as well as my RMs i support
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I only feel undervalued with regards to my salary, for the level of work and compare to other banks, i am most definitely underpaid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the best part of my job, we all work together for one common gold. We work hard and we also have fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not sure if i will rate the culture diverse, as a young African American person i will like to see more people of color in more prominent positions like the executive team or board of directors.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
AS a client service associate, my job is very demanding and i play a very important role in maintaining the bank's most valuable clients. Compare with other banks are paying for the same role, i can assure you i can significantly under paid. What will keep me at CNB is a pay increase.
