The company gave me a lot of opportunities to learn and advance my skills. The experience I gained at CNB brought me to a different professional level. However, it came at a cost of my work/life balance. I am happy with the benefits that company provides, and how it responded to COVID-19 pandemic.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is below market average for the years of my expertise and type of the work I do. Raising my compensation would make me feel better.
