I enjoy working at CNB, there are things we can improve. The positive take is that our leadership seems to understand these dynamics and they're trying to push change within the organization. We should get rid of the red tape, and have our leaders back each other up and work as a team.

They're great. Everyone is looking out for one another and we have a common goal to pursue.

I love the camaraderie we have with one another and how the organization does try to celebrate the employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
A sense of purpose, I also like interacting with my team and working with others to accomplish common goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We go above and beyond the call of duty, and many times, even though we are always preaching about this, there is red tape in our organiztion, and politics due play a big part of our culture.
