I like that my leadership team has an open door policy. Always making themselves available when needed. My leadership treats me like a person, rather than a number.

We actually work as a team. We are always willing to step in when needed and help each other out. They are the reason why I enjoy coming into work.

My coworkers and I work a lot as a team. We are all completely cross trained, so each of us have the ability to jump in and help each other out if needed. I look forward everyday to work with them.
