forward thinking. understand that the numbers must work in order for business to succeed; calculated risk takers; not overly aggressive with risks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Remote work is both the most positive and negative. I love that we all can work well in our on worlds while still interacting with our team mates when needed. The negative is that it's more challenging to feel connected to a large number of team members since you don't see people in passing.
