Very positive - as I would expect to occur in any role or company, issues do arise sometimes, but my direct supervisor and the leadership team generally are always available to discuss issues and help me resolve them quickly.

My base salary itself is the strongest part of my compensation package.

I am most happy at work when I'm working towards solving a problem with my coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Although we are remote, I feel that I know the vast majority of my coworkers on a close personal level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are very willing to help one another. If you reach out to the staff in our company chat room that you aren't sure how to approach a problem, you can be almost certain that you'll get multiple volunteers offering to help you brainstorm.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated that there was a panel interview where I had to do a demo of my technical skills. It made me believe that the quality of our staff was very high, and that we aren't hiring people thoughtlessly, which has turned out to be true.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to suggestions from staff on many things, but not everything, although they are always willing to listen. I appreciate that while they can be flexible, they also know which areas of the business they know best about and trust their own judgement for those decisions.
