I have long relationship with the company, but from past few months, feeling very insecure, not having a proper direction, no clarity, recent leadership is incapable of the role they got assigned to. They are pushing us and make us to feel like undervalued..

very encouraging management and leaders at all levels

Every task will be accomplished by the leader that makes the employee feel energetic and excited to work

Relates to KPA's and KRA's that makes us feel satisfied to get the correct pay packs which is appreciable here
What makes you most happy at work?
working with talented and super efficient leaders and coworkers always make u also learn new things and feel more confident
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better perks, Appreciation, more value to the team. We are not getting proper hospitality from Leadership team or other teams. We expect more value and better facilities and tools.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Due to leadership team and recent changes which are unrealistic. Lot of pressure and threating about performance and not able to support us. we are old employees, creating insecurity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive enviroment is being working with colleagues who are supportive. Less Positives and more negatives due to recent hirings. They are not qualified to the roles what have got assigned for.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having Clear goals, proper treatment to each and every employee. No differentiate between people. New Leadership team is not efficient to justify the titles what they have.. They are not qualified. Even they don't have basic knowledge in the field. Current leadership team is worst.
