For micromanaging to stop and flexibility be offered. To actually be cared for genuinely by employer and management.

The environment and culture is hostile and stale due to extensive micromanagement.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For employees to have flexibility in choosing whether to work remote, hybrid and/or in the office. No consideration is given, resulting in a hostile culture with burned out employees who would perform better & care more if flexibility was more important than micromanaging.
