I feel like I'm inferior for two reasons. 1. because I work in kids and we are never allowed to participate in anything going on with the gym, even the social media. 2. because I'm a woman. I feel like we can do nothing right here.

absolutely everything starting with management

it was easy and sounded fun to work here at the time
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
everything, I'm bullied here. ,me and my fellow female coworkers feel inferior to out general manager because of our sex. We do not get the same treatment what so ever in kids crunch. we feel like we can do nothing right. every message we get is a complaint and never positive.
