Franchise owner saw no boundaries morally or ethically. I worked so much i had a cot in my office to sleep overnight.

I get to greet everybody yet again after their harsh workouts the following day and I love complimenting them in any way possible

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company itslef has no control to maintain corporate standards if they exist. Corporation wncourages fraud and theft and ciolating laws in order to pad the bottom line. Franchise owners arent screened. If they can pay they can play.
