Franchise owner made tons of promises that were never kept. Overprokised and underdelivered should be the name of this franchise.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Franchise owner saw no boundaries morally or ethically. I worked so much i had a cot in my office to sleep overnight.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company itslef has no control to maintain corporate standards if they exist. Corporation wncourages fraud and theft and ciolating laws in order to pad the bottom line. Franchise owners arent screened. If they can pay they can play.
