My group fitness manager is amazing.
Open communication and easy to talk to
they are great to work with
Nothing really. They don't take things seriously.
Team cohesion and team chemistry flows beautifully.
Being accessible. It's almost impossible to contact local or regional managers for complaints.
Basic management skills when it comes to employees.
Was not a good leader. Seemed to be keeping clients for himself.
Teamwork and leadership, respect , helping and work well with others
More professionalism . More communication

the pay is great too
The pay is very competitive with other fitness facilities
Better pay and more opportunities for growth within the company.
Pay on time pay on time no one should have to work without pay
Fitness manager encouraged us to work off the clock in order to gain clients.
When you're underpaid to overwork that pretty much sums it up.
Give us a better pay so we don't have to work 2 jobs to pay our bills I work full time and am bearly making it check by check because the cost of living is high now gas prices are going up groceries are going up I have 3 kids and don't qualify for government assistance for food
The team, excluding manager are hard workers, do their job well. But job has a high turnover due to no appreciation by gym management.
Great instructors who are professionals
My coworkers are fun and easy to work with

It starts with management. The gm and regional gm are very shady and not upfront with their intenions.
Franchise owner saw no boundaries morally or ethically. I worked so much i had a cot in my office to sleep overnight.

New leadership. Benefits need to be offered to full time employees.

Communication would drastically change the quality of the culture at Crunch. Also, ensuring the right people are in the right roles & if not, replacing them with those that can successfully complete the job(s) at hand. The amount of work is not spread equally & effort put forth is very single-sided
Managers said all the right things during the interview. Did not disclose the time commitment required for training, made us W2 instead of 1099, did not describe all job responsibilities.
Quick and easy. Straight to the point
I didnt even have an interview
the company is great to
Pretty straight forward & quick
Tell the truth let ppl actually know how difficult it is working at crunch
To due professional interviews and not ask about personal life
Review from Sales Dept
Trainers need to be certified. Very unfair for a master trainer to have to fight with coworkers who aren’t even certified over client

Ensuring our guests are having the best experience
Review from Sales Dept
My fellow coworkers and helping people become fit.
The customers are what make the place & some co-workers
I am happy knowing that I am helping.moms be able to work out while I'm taking care of their child at Kids Crunch. It's tough being a mom from personal experience.
I love interacting with the guest's. And getting feedback and compliments!
Communication is horrible! By communicating properly and making the effort.
Turnover, poor leadership, communication and lack of integrity.
The gyms a wreck, machines are old and broken (little crunch equipment) facility is also durty (bugs, mold)
Everything is wrong . Management is the main issue

Company itslef has no control to maintain corporate standards if they exist. Corporation wncourages fraud and theft and ciolating laws in order to pad the bottom line. Franchise owners arent screened. If they can pay they can play.

I like my coworkers and the free membership.
