My group fitness manager is amazing.

Open communication and easy to talk to

Being accessible. It's almost impossible to contact local or regional managers for complaints.

Basic management skills when it comes to employees.

Way more of a professional management

Responding to conflicts in a timely manner! When a fellow worker "blows up" and uses vulgar language... there should be some response other than just speaking to - "probation" of some sort so that she understands it is not okay and team workers feel comfortable they can work in a safe environment.

Empathy it seems like all of the management I've come across in this company turn a blind eye to a lot of things because we do not get paid enough to do with it

everything, I'm bullied here. ,me and my fellow female coworkers feel inferior to out general manager because of our sex. We do not get the same treatment what so ever in kids crunch. we feel like we can do nothing right. every message we get is a complaint and never positive.

Their human resources department needs to follow protocol they failed to do that a multiple occasions. Their management team needs diversity training to understand the employees that work for them.

Management is terrible and the lack of communication is astounding

Shutting down drama, communicating, scheduling, and doing their jobs. It's like high school all over again
