I work as a housekeeper at 2 of the Crunch fitness gyms I've been having a horrible experience working there I took the job I love cleaning I love making the environment around me a better place for other people but it seems like the people do not care for me to do so
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know there will not be any compensation so I cannot speak on it
What did you like most about the interview process?
I have no issues with the interview process I have issues with the patrons and the management
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all in this together we are all trying to make the best out of a bad situation
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Empathy it seems like all of the management I've come across in this company turn a blind eye to a lot of things because we do not get paid enough to do with it
