What did you like most about the interview process?

Short and Simple questions. Friendly.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Listens, follows thru with what you need. Tries to make it fun to work there.

What are some of the best things about your team?

A lot of them work very hard in their dept. They help others without complaining.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone works well together. Always try to keep a positive attitude and keep a smile on your face.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Not sure if the company will stay in business. May be sold or closed. Everything is up in the air. No news.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Make the people who do the bare minimum of work to step up and not give their work to the ones who already have too much on their plate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't think everyone should be paid the same. People who stand around talking or on their phone should not be paid the same as ones who work every minute of their day!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In order to get credit for retirement, you have to work 1000 hours a year. I am always short by 50 hours or so. I think it would be fair to give it to all employees. It is not our fault if they cut hours so you can't make it.
