They are all awesome, we can complain together, and if we are all there, we can stick it out through most anything

I know that there are things on my background but im a completely different person and im a transgender female and there's plenty of people working at cub with worse records so even though the background check is not complete he said he wasn't going to be able to move forward I've never even met him
there's only a few of us on overnight, we don't really have a choice but to get along.
They are decent at their job and are capable of getting other stuff done in my department so I'm not running around the store all the time. There's also respect for people who have been in my department longer and are very nice to chat in general.
We all work as a team.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Working and communicating. Not just standing and looking like they're getting things done.
literally improve everything, how abt we fire people who harass and prey on others.
be more friendly, if they were less stern and bossy then it'd be better
stop complaing about everything and work together
Coworkers are either coming to work high, completely inept, or have serious attitude problems.
management needs to communicate with us so we know whats going on
