we're super pressed for staff so it's crazy easy to get a job. a lot of ppl don't Really want to be here, but some of it sticks.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Don't lure people into the worst jobs, most will leave within 2 weeks, the others will just grind away miserably
Have people who actually work at the stores conduct the interviews instead of an outside consulting group.
