What do you like best about the leadership team?

If they would've have been more personal

Posted 21 days ago

friendly people got along all them

My manager is flexible and good at what ge does.

I really have no opinion good or bad!

They are amazing people to be around.

Review from Sales Dept

they're fine. generally understanding i suppose, tho you gotta remind them of their jobs sometimes.

I love everything about the leadership team

communication fairness willingness to help out when needed

Team was very personable. Team allowed me to take time off when I requested time off as a fairly new employee. Very friendly work environment.

Hard working employees get more work to do and lazy ones do less!

Listens, follows thru with what you need. Tries to make it fun to work there.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Good communication and proper planning.

Not changing things constantly, and not attacking us emotionally

They need to put people first themselves second.

Accountability and jot threating your employees

There's no use in saying anything

So i was told the background check wasn't complete by hire right but the hiring manager told the manager I didn't background check and sent me an email saying I've been too impatient but it's been three weeks and just because I worked in SD it's taking longer I sent an email stating my concerns

My store has 3 managers. 1 of them is extremely professional and has issues with keeping private matters between employees private. Also needs to stop doing inappropriate behavior like taking multiple smoke breaks a day and telling employees how much the job is awful.

Appreciate their employees for their hard work

Communication, helping, give us tools to do our job

Review from Sales Dept

at standing up for their workers, its horrible

Step up and take care of problem. And follow threw

More communication and understanding instructions when given

paying better wages than $11/hour

They are very good a policy wordplay, but very bad at human connections

Respecting employees and being more transparent

Make the people who do the bare minimum of work to step up and not give their work to the ones who already have too much on their plate.

Leadership needs to learn to follow through with promises and listen to their employees more.

Work harder together and team work

Need to hire better management! You lose good workers because of bad managers!!!

Review from Sales Dept

communicating and actually caring about the employees
