they're fine. generally understanding i suppose, tho you gotta remind them of their jobs sometimes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Good communication and proper planning.
Not changing things constantly, and not attacking us emotionally
They need to put people first themselves second.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
dont know i been retired for 2 years
That there is a 401(k) plan. Also, I have health insurance and that makes it a big plus.
Vacation time and pay, nothing else
It is a fair package

i work part time, i don't really have benefits, but i get paid relatively well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A huge raise and bonuses that equal my hard work
Really a 10% off coupon for Christmas that's the best you can do and you don't even mail the card it's handed out at your store.

Because I was treated unfairly and uncomfortable working with people that were in control of my hours.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Working and communicating. Not just standing and looking like they're getting things done.
literally improve everything, how abt we fire people who harass and prey on others.
be more friendly, if they were less stern and bossy then it'd be better
stop complaing about everything and work together
Coworkers are either coming to work high, completely inept, or have serious attitude problems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers and department manager are the best things about my job, the environment is worse than many jobs I've had in the past

Can I please talk to someone from HR I waited three thinking i had a job and i had one concern and i was told i was impatient!
bc I'm overnight cashier things can get crazy but i know I'm in charge of myself.

They need to do a better job hiring employees, and then treating those employees fairly. I'm sure part of the reason their work-force is such low quality is because of management's treatment of their workers

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Don't lure people into the worst jobs, most will leave within 2 weeks, the others will just grind away miserably
Have people who actually work at the stores conduct the interviews instead of an outside consulting group.
What makes you most happy at work?
my friends that I take breaks with
Communicating with the customers and laughing with them, and helping them when they need help on finding items

i actually enjoy cashiering, so long as ppl aren't rude. i like helping ppl. everyone has to eat.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Crime and high prices and dirty restroom
Not enough staff and when they do hire new people they receive little to no training
Put it this way the customers know the difference between a franchise and a corporate store they say franchise stores them ploys are a lot more happier than a corporate store
Staffing, product outages , cleanliness of stores and restrooms,too many choices
