My team. Even if it was a hard day they uplift me and remind me tomorrow will be better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many of us have been hired as referrals. This means that when we walk in on our first day we already have strong connections to lead us and guide us towards the same success our peers have achieved. Everyone looks out for one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are real and authentic. The time I have spent with my coaches and CEO we attempt to get to know one another on a more personal level, even if we are all working virtually. This allows me to feel comfortable to express myself as well as communicate with them when I am struggling.
