What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work/Life balance. The company is very generous when it comes to paid time off. They give summer breaks and winter breaks along with unlimited PTO.

Their maturity and knowledge in our space. They have a strong understanding of where the market is, where they see us in 5-10 years, and how to get us there.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They emphasize the candidate's experience. There is a smooth process from start to finish and candidates never fall into that recruiting black hole that many of us have faced in our past lives.
