Very satisfied with my experience so far. A little unclear on some career-related things (e.g. if/when performance reviews and opportunities for pay raises and/promotions occur). I struggle with work/life balance, but that's on me, not the company. Lack of corporate politics at my level is nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency + emphasis that we're all owners.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having focus time for deep work so I can Get.Shit.Done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaborative mindset among most of the people with whom I interact. That's huge.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Too new yet to know if bonuses will pan out. Excited about stock options (never had those before, so don't know much). Compensation is great. No complaints.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We lean into each other when we need help or expertise that someone else has, and none of us hesitates to step up when a fellow team member needs help. We represent the best of what "Team" means.
