It is either the zero cost health care or the $1,000 gross a year wellness plan to spend on anything heath related.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are inspirational Leaders and are very transparent with progress and goals. They also have the employee first when it comes to priorities and we are very much rewarded and taken care of.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me the 100% covered health care including CoPays. Every year they find ways to improve the package to reward their employees. Increases can happen at anytime of the year not just at year end.
