I've really enjoyed my 18 months here. There has been some restructuring in the marketing department, but I feel like it's been for the better. Campaigns are doing better and there seems to be more alignment on both long and short term goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to do things that I feel like make a difference. Helping others and improving processes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Motivational, we have a weekly all hands. The executives are available and open to discussions. They listen to feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible time off, numerous "employee recharge days" and we are often given meal vouchers for product launches, etc. It's pretty fantastic!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get stuff done. It seems like everyone is working to make things better in both process and execution. Rarely have to repeat requests for information or help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Availability and responsiveness. People often go out of the way to help, even when it's not their job or responsibility. If they can't directly help, they will point you in the direction of someone who can. Our helpdesk is particularly good.
