What makes you most happy at work?
meeting new guests and being able to fulfill a guest wishes or requests.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it's a fast pace, energetic, keeps you on your toes sort of environment. never know what to expect when you walk in the door
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
most of the team is amazing but some are still in need of working on what it means to be part of a team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
when they ask for our opinions or suggestions they actually take them into account, it does not just go in one ear and out the other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company isn't the worst I've worked for, I feel for the amount of work beyond our job descriptions they ask us to do we should be getting paid a bit more than what we do. but at least they whole hardheartedly care about us
