Support the teacher's union. Ideally, pay teacher's union dues rather than refusing to hire teachers who seek to maintain their union membership.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Senior leaders are dishonest. For example, they say you will get reimbursement for things you buy, then they don't reimburse. They say you'll be paid for special days during the summer, but you won't.
