I'm 2 months in and it has been excellent. Travel is very heavy. Not sure if it is sustainable beyond a year or 18 months. Excited to be a part of this company.

Incentive appears to be attainable. Base/incentive ratio is a little off IMO.

The overall energy is truly amazing. 4DX has been a great framework to operate within.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone seems to be aligned on their WIGs. Everyone is willing to do what is necessary to take care of our customers.
