What do you like best about the leadership team?
The whole leadership team is extremely supportive and approachable.
Leadership is very accessible. I like that they are committed to improving work culture and have mentorship programs. Its amazing to see CEO, COO, CTO being involved and learning details about projects so they can make informed decisions.
They lead with conviction, open and transparent communication. I have felt challenged and supported in my professional and personal development at this company more than I have in previous companies.
The leadership team at Earlens is extremely approachable and transparent. They are authentic and genuinely care for the employees. Their vision and passion are tangible throughout the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k, medical, dental, and vision
Amazing medical insurance plans, 90% employer covered for employee. Great 401k investment options even though there isn't a match currently the plans are really strong.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if my contributions are recognized in the form of competitive compensation. If Earlens wants to retain high performers, salary must be comparable to similar positions in other industries.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all truly work together. If one of us needs help everyone extends themselves to get things done.
Most people I have worked with are motivated and accountable. There are people who take initiatives and follow through.
Everyone is passionate and engaged. It's a collaborative and supportive environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have constant communication through teams to stay connected and keep each other motivated throughout the day.
Love the women's network, wellness program and the support to launch new programs when the employees show interest

What did you like most about the interview process?
A demo of difference between Earlens and other competitor's devices.
Great follow up from HR as well as the executive of the department. It was an extremely professional process from initial contact to on-boarding. It was made extra special with a basket full of snacks and other personalized items.

We have a product that is truly unique, there isn't anything else like it on the market. That is extremely exciting!
