We can all relate to how we feel about our company and the leadership. We keep each other uplifted through muddy leadership and constant changes.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Only full time workers get benefits, vacation days or holiday pay. A lot of workers are part time.
