Old school policies based around historicall bad protocol are atill being ised becaise that's all they know. These systems are unmotivating. HR needs to get rid od the current PLM system that's beeen proven not to work. All they have to do is google and read about it. So clueless.

Reward and encourage producers instead of smooshers.

Vacation time os great. Work from home priviledges os awesome benefit that more places should adopt.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needa to stop worrying only about perception, and realoze that by actually doing, perceptions naturally change themselves.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Really nothing. It's the STAR method which doesn't lend itself to getting to know aa person. Again...managemwnt is hung up in old ideas and clueless. FCA is in the middle of some cross roads.
