Working here has been depressing lately with high turnover and total lack of transparency. Adding to insult peope are paid on average 15-20k less than other OEMs for comparable roles

I'm sure its most likely the same at most large corporations, Most people worked their way into the positions they were in mainly due to who they knew and were subpar at their job. However, there were some very intelligent VP's, Directors and Senior managers I worked with.

They mostly leave me alone.

Close to nothing. They are very impersonal. We're just bodies to them.

Stop lying to employees and follow policies. Stop pitting colleagues against each other with Bell curve ratings with the intention of giving a greater number of lower rated performance reviews.

Clearly communicate the goals and direction of the company. Provide an active plan to achieve those goals on that path of direction.

Leadership overall is lacking in every possible area.

Annual raises due to costbof living like other OEMs

I've had to train full-time employees that got hired at other assembly plants and transferred to my location. I'm not being paid fairly for my job knowledge and performance. I don't understand why they would transfer full-time employees to our plant instead of hiring the TPTs in full-time.

We are paid lower than our competitor's employees, and our HR needs to do a better job of compensating to retain top talent.

LEARN TO SOLVE PROBLEMS NOT CREATE

All want titles but no one wants to learn the job.

Uhm I’m the FNG, but we hired somebody back that worked here years ago the inter action with them vs me is night and day ; it’s definitely a personal problem that somehow spiraled out

Team is talented, and intelligent. But we lack resources.

We get to work remotely is a huge perk

It's a diverse workforce and we work well together. Despite the many different backgrounds, we gel very well. No matter what area you work in, you mostly get to see the best of them. They full-time employees also feel the TPTs are misused and mistreated.

STOP TREATING BLACK PEOPLE DIFFERENT

Not sure you can get the union to be more responsive. Leadership on the union representative side is mediocre. It's more about how to make management monsters rather than what would make the business run best. Non-logical and only interested in causing issues. Anything to keep from actually working.
