We get to work remotely is a huge perk

It's a diverse workforce and we work well together. Despite the many different backgrounds, we gel very well. No matter what area you work in, you mostly get to see the best of them. They full-time employees also feel the TPTs are misused and mistreated.

STOP TREATING BLACK PEOPLE DIFFERENT

Not sure you can get the union to be more responsive. Leadership on the union representative side is mediocre. It's more about how to make management monsters rather than what would make the business run best. Non-logical and only interested in causing issues. Anything to keep from actually working.

Well a lot of personal overlap has affected professional overlap

Management needa to stop worrying only about perception, and realoze that by actually doing, perceptions naturally change themselves.
