It's a great place to work!

Low quality of life is the main issue, plus a plethora of related problems such as greed, lying, and circumvention of instructor responsibility.

Overall, it has been pleasurable. As with any company, there are people who work - and work more than others - and those who simply get a check. Again...that is changing. While some business units are still bleeding money with poor employees and standards, ours is thriving.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Have a fair workload spread out evenly.

Some instructors are overworked, while a few others are given endless free rides. Management is terrible, with the exception of just a few program managers.
