Used to be good but now it's all about the money. Work schedule all over the clock, no guaranteed days off so no home life, pay mediocre for amount of hours required. A place to get experience to move on to better opportunities. Does offer some opportunity for international travel or relocation.

High level knowledge and skills. Experienced in job. Excellent resources for each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay would be adequate if hours regulated. Reasonable pay for first 3-4 years but top out at that point.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Build a realistic schedule. Set limits on customer demands for training slots. Management needs to learn how to manage.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Manager useless, got job because no one wanted it. DOS very good but overworked. Center Manager an office fixture, no employee contact unless forced.
