What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Open communication and team oriented

What are some of the best things about your team?

Open communication. We can easily work together to achieve goals.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I enjoy how team-oriented the culture is. I feel comfortable bringing my concerns to my manager. The recruiter I work with is also amazing. She is not afraid to step in, step up, and help with whatever the team may need.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I currently make 15/hr, which is not enough to live comfortably. When I started in August, I was told I had to work a minimum of 25hrs/week with a maximum of 40hrs/week. I was recently told I could not work more than 29hrs/week with no warning. 29 hours per week at $15/hr is not enough. I struggle.
