They're smart, creative, and self-sufficient.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the commission bonus % is a little low.
What makes you most happy at work?
When everything works out and I put people to work at jobs they are excited about.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're knowledgeable, they give me the tools I need without micromanaging, they are compassionate and understand the work beyond just statistics and numbers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really understand the challenges that recruiters face, we can work hard on a role, do everything right and timely, but many factors are well beyond our control and management understands that. They also understand we are people with family's and lives outside of work.
