My favorite part about my compensation package is being paid Salary + Commission.

The leaders at Genesis10 genuinely care about their employees and do all necessary steps to try and help us succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is competitive EXTERNALLY. We do not compete internally. Our team is very good about respecting each other and working together to close deals and make sure everyone receives the best outcome.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is so much positivity about the culture. Our company has a teamwork-based and inclusive culture. We thrive off of helping each other. I feel comfortable asking anyone for help and vice versa.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is EVERYTHING! My team, my manager Jennifer Gilmore, the leadership, the ability to work from wherever, work-life balance, the resources, and the workflow. We are given so many opportunities to succeed and I love my job.
