That they are and always available. Also, they are understanding and give reassurance.

It feels like home even though we are remote, I still feel like I am connected.

We are family and we look out for one another. We all want to see each other being successful.

The fact that it's not cut throat, we don't compete negatively against each other. We applaud our successes collectively. I owe that to our NY Manager!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always available and seem to have their finger on the pulse of our industry. I really have to emphasize that they care about their employees and it shows.
