I have had a great time here since joining. It is a fast paced environment so it takes a lot t keep up sometimes but it also helps keep me on my toes. Overall, I enjoying working with my teammates all of whom are awesome recruiters.

We usually monthly company meetings and the CEO recognizes top performers which can boost individual morals

The interaction between team mates and management team is very good and motivating. The monthly national call is also fun and motivating.

I get the opportunity to help people find their next job and livelihood is amazing. I like to see the smile on their faces when I present them with a job offer
