I am free to express my honest opinion regarding certain matters, and how individual takes it as feedback rather than personal criticism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the skills I offer to the team and the work I put out. My ability to learn new materials fast and produce the results in a timely manner should result in higher compensation.
