I love representing Genesis10. I love what the company stands for. I love the work that I do. This has been a tough year and success has been very hard to come by. Work life balance has diminished. I worry this is just where things are trending. Req load is too much now to do job well.

The appreciation for employees and work they put in starts at the top and trickles down.

I get the most satisfaction when a candidate I have coached lands a position they are so excited about!

The leadership team is approachable, they empower their employees, give you the tools needed for success and clearly lead by example.

Working with great people who have good attitude's! There is no micromanaging. You are trusted to do your job.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I feel the work I provide has the correct amount of successes it leads to work satisfaction. This year with the increased work load, I feel spread thin, have made less placements and have less satisfaction overall.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, I am often getting calls with better pay and being told by industry peers I am not making enough. I like the company overall but the increased workload this year is not balancing with the current compensation. There doesn't seem to be any make up for that.
